Maria Forrester on Etsy

I'm now selling my artwork direct on Etsy. I've also put some rather interesting Dragon Toe pendants on that I have made. If you're interested, please visit my shop. Thanks to those people who have already bought some of my work.

Walking on Gold by Janine Amos

I received a beautiful gift from a lady that I did a book cover for - a copy of her book that has been published.

It didn't take me long to read as I was hooked right from the beginning and couldn't put it down. Such a lovely children's book that is well written and keeps you wanting to know what happens next. I loved it and can't wait for her next book.

I can't give too much away but it's set by the sea and you can really feel the atmosphere of both the place and the characters. I'm definitely going to have to read it again, but not so fast this time!

If you'd like to know more or purchase a copy you can visit Janine's website here:

Happy New Year!

Wow, it's been some time since I last posted. I've been busy working, setting up e-shops and self-publishing another children's e-book, a sneak preview of some of the artwork is below. I'd also like to thank the people who have bought some of my artwork from my on-line shops, I wish you all a very Happy New Year.

This is my latest children's book which is dedicated to Lillith, my little grand-daughter. I was asked to write one of my crazy stories so this is it, a story about the birds and the bees. Not quite what you might expect, but fun to write nonetheless. So this is a tale about little 'spermalings' and their journey to the finish line.

1st Page of the little Spermalings getting ready for the race.
2nd Page of the little Spermalings as they start their journey.
There are 10 spreads in total and this can be bought on the Amazon website for 77p. I hope you enjoy it (it's not just for the kids). I am hoping to publish this in print eventually but for now here's a link if you'd like to buy it:
